text-indent: 2em;">本次活动由青岛城运汽车服务集团“高级汽修技师”郭衍鹏老师带领大家进行现场学习。这场在公交车旁进行的实践教学，通过新能源汽车的结构和基础知识、不同类型公交车的空调应用、实践修理中的注意事项、燃油车和新能源汽车区别、平日开车注意事项、外观检测观察、仪表盘检查、开车后的听声判断等细节入手，深入浅出，一边现场实践，一边加深理论学习。</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;">&nbsp;<img src="https://www.qdxdts.com/uploadfile/ueditor/image/202411/17319986070c0703.jpg" title="2" alt="2" width="503" height="283"/></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em;">在随后的参观过程中，学生们听取了城运集团多年来的发展成果，也学习了创新工作室苏彩云的突出工作经历。郭老师介绍到：“随着时代发展，公交车不断更新换代，车体电路变得越来越复杂，对维修工的知识储备和专业技术提出了更高的要求。“世上无难事，只要肯登攀”，苏彩云好学上进，钻研技术，建立了“维修攻坚日志”，把工作中遇到的技术难关和解决思路进行详细的记录分析，并制作成案例在全厂推广，大大提高了电工组的维修效率。据不完全统计，2017年仅由苏彩云牵头研制的小发明，一年就能为企业节约近三十万元的维修成本。”听了这些经历，学生们在敬佩的同时，也树立起了自己的理想。</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;">&nbsp;<img src="https://www.qdxdts.com/uploadfile/ueditor/image/202411/17319986376de7c5.jpg" title="4" alt="4" width="503" height="283"/></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em;">随后，郭老师对近年来新能源汽车的发展做了介绍。从电池电机的更新迭代，到新能源汽车维修技术不断升级，每一个零件的细致介绍都吸引着学生们聚精会神的聆听和学习。</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em;">新能源汽车检测与维修专业高级工班学生姜俊丞在接受记者采访时表示：“我是学新能源汽车制造与维修的，今天来到了城运控股，经过师傅的讲解，学到了新能源汽车的锂电池，还有电池机构，还有消防设施、电池之类的技术，使我更加了解了新能源的维修和制造。我们还有很大的进步空间，需要不断的去学习，加强自身的工作能力、学习能力。”</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;">&nbsp;<img src="https://www.qdxdts.com/uploadfile/ueditor/image/202411/173199865585d9f7.jpg" title="5" alt="5" width="503" height="283"/></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em;">新能源汽车检测与维修专业老师陈金磊对今天的现场学习感触颇多：“今天来到场地之后，感觉这个场地的设备非常齐全。带学生来参观，尤其是跟着郭师傅上课，是一次非常珍贵的学习经历。从新能源的高压电控，又到仪表盘，再到电池动力系统，郭师傅利用他精湛的技术，将自己的专业课理论融入到我们的实践过程当中，使我们的学生受益匪浅。我也希望我们学校能有更多这样的机会，让学生在实践中成长。”</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em;">在今年4月，青岛西大高级技工学校开展了“城运工匠走进西大校园”活动，青岛城运汽车服务集团“高级汽修技师”郭衍鹏老师曾在现场为学生们进行过主题分享，而今天的学习，已经是郭老师第二次与西大的学生们面对面交流，他表示：“首先要感谢观海新闻和西大高级技工学校，给了我一个机会，第二次和同学们亲密接触，并分享经验，把我从事维修的这二十多年的经验分享给同学们。上一次给同学们讲完以后有点儿意犹未尽，没想到今天得到了机会再次进行分享。我希望把工匠精神传授给这些年轻的学生们，也希望我的经验和今天讲的课程，能够在学生们未来踏入社会的时候，起到一定的帮助作用。”</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;
