height: 476px;" /></div> <div> </div> <div> 加德纳的“多元智能理论”</div> <div> </div> <div> 1.天赋没有受到充分的尊重、激发和引导,用标准化的考试扼杀孩子的多样性。美国心理学家加德纳(H.Gardner)曾提出著名的“多元智能理论”。加德纳认为,人类的智能大致分为逻辑数理智能、音乐智能、空间智能、身体动觉智能、自我认识智能、人际交往智能、自然观察智能、语言智能等“八大智能”。我们每个人都或多或少的拥有这些智能,但是每个人都拥有自己的“优质智能”和“劣势智能”。如果能在教育中发现、激发和合理引导学生的“优质智能”,每个学生都有成才的可能。但现实的教育情况是,家庭和学校往往不尊重学生的“优质智能”,只是过度强调学生的“逻辑数理智能”和“语言智能”等个别智能。并且用统一的标准化考试衡量各有不同天赋的孩子。这无疑扼杀了孩子成长的多样性。很多孩子并不是没有取得好成绩的潜力,只是家庭和学校没有发现、激发和合理引导他的天赋,导致孩子在不擅长的领域成绩欠佳。如果我们让金鱼爬树,大象游泳,猴子打洞,必然违背他们的天性。教育的基础是孩子的天赋。</div> <div> </div> <div> 2.家庭教育的失误。家庭教育普遍重要于学校教育。一个孩子的品德、意志力、自信心、想象力等很大程度都受到家庭教育的影响。如果家庭中有亲子关系紧张、家庭关系不和谐、父母性格乖张、不重视教育、重男轻女、留守儿童等情况,孩子的成长多少都会受到影响。如果有溺爱孩子、过度严苛的要求孩子、放纵孩子、对孩子期待过高等不良家庭教育,都有可能使孩子的行为、思想和学习出现偏差。这些偏差都会导致孩子的“成绩欠佳”。一个优秀的孩子背后大多有一个良好的家庭,一个“问题学生”背后也大多有一个“问题家庭”。</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="" src="/uploads/allimg/200723/1-200H31A40AE.png" style="width: 556px; height: 383px;" /></div> <div> </div> <div> 3.不良的学校教育。在很多学校,以考试成绩为衡量学生的唯一标准。这就压制了孩子在其他方面的生命力和灵性。这些被压制的孩子并非都“有问题”,问题多出在学校简单、粗暴的管理和教育方式。老师以成绩为衡量学生的标准,只关注所谓“成绩优异”的学生,这势必让不太“优秀”的学生感受到被冷落或忽视。于是孩子开始自暴自弃,形成一个恶性循环。学校没有尊重所有学生、成就所有学生的理念和机制,必然是以牺牲一部分所谓“差学生”,成就一部分所谓“好学生”。许多“成绩欠佳”的孩子事实上是被学校僵化统一的考核标准制造出来的。并不是孩子自身的问题。</div> <div> </div> <div> 4.外界的干扰。电子游戏、广告、娱乐节目、不良影视作品的引导,分散了学生的注意力,让很多学生的学习受到严重的干扰。特别是痴迷“电子游戏”,类似于吸食“精神鸦片”,会严重摧毁学生的注意力。</div> <div> </div> <div> 5.学生本身对学习内容缺乏持续的兴趣,缺乏内驱力和目标感。这与家庭和学校教育中对学生兴趣和目标的关注不足有很大的关系。家庭和学校如果把孩子当做成就自身目标的工具,而不是真正重视孩子的思想、兴趣和目标,很可能让孩子变成“温顺的绵羊”或“反抗的饿狼”。要不就是逆来顺受,要不就是反抗一切。当学生变成完全的绵羊或饿狼时,可能就会对任何教育都产生免疫。</div> <div> </div> <div> 6.孩子遭遇到霸凌、性侵、冷暴力或暴力等问题,没有引起家庭和学校的注意,自身也没有解决的办法,可能会严重影响到学习。</div> <div> </div> <div> 7.交友不慎。孩子接触到有明显恶习的“朋友”,并受到他们的干扰和影响。</div> <div> </div> <div> 8.“青春期”生理和心理的变化没有被发现和尊重。初中期的孩子有模仿他人、建立自我意识、渴望他人肯定、叛逆等心态。如果他的这些变化没有被成人充分关注到,并进行合理的引导和教育,很可能会出现严重的问题。</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="" src="/uploads/allimg/200723/1-200H31A320357.png" style="width: 441px; height: 343px;" /> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 沉迷“电子游戏”越来越成为青少年教育的问题</div> <div> </div> <div> 9.情感管理问题。青春期的学生情窦初开,渴望爱情;害怕孤独,渴望朋友。如果处理不好友谊和爱情方面的问题,很可能出现心理或行为偏差,影响到学习。</div> <div> </div> <div> 10.从小缺乏自我管理能力的训练。“自我管理”是一种技能,很多学生不懂得如何自控,不懂如何制定计划,不懂得如何思考问题,其实是没有经过技能训练,并不是学习态度的问题。</div> <div> </div> <div> 以上十个原因并不一定能够囊括孩子“成绩欠佳”的所有原因。但却是最常见、也是最普遍的原因。孩子的成绩出问题,一定要精确锁定背后的原因,“对症下药”才能根治问题。</div> <div> </div> <div> 特点分析</div> <div> </div> <div> “成绩欠佳”的学生有哪些特点呢?这是我们要研究的第二个问题。经过讨论,我们认为“成绩欠佳”的学生或多或少会具有以下特点(其实部分特点不仅只是成绩欠佳的学生才有):<br /> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="" src="/uploads/allimg/200723/1-200H31A25L13.png" style="width: 563px; height: 422px;" /></div> <div> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 部分老师的讨论意见</div> <div> </div> <div> 1.厌学。找各种借口不愿意学习文化课知识。严重的甚至完全排斥学习。</div> <div> </div> <div> 2.逆来顺受或完全叛逆。一种孩子表现出逆来顺受,听任摆布,失去了对任何事情的主动性;一种孩子表现出严重的叛逆,对任何事情一律排斥。严重的或者有自残或暴力倾向。</div> <div> </div> <div> 3.偏科。对个别功课表现出不错的兴趣,但对部分学科严重排斥。</div> <div> </div> <div> 4.有明显的不良学习习惯。比如不爱做笔记,专注力不足等。</div> <div> </div> <div> 5.人际关系出现问题。有些孩子表现为不能与大多数同学正常交往,或完全排斥人际关系,独来独往。部分学生和家人的矛盾较大,甚至到了水火不容的程度。</div> <div> </div> <div> 6.“三观”不正。幻想用讨巧或走捷径的方式达到目标,有时会不择手段。</div> <div> </div> <div> 7.学习方法不当。有的学生已经非常努力,但依然学习成绩不理想。</div> <div> </div> <div> 8.自信心不足。经常表现不参与讨论,课堂活跃度不够。对任何事情都缺乏信心和热情。</div> <div> </div> <div> 9.爱走极端,观点、思想或行为几乎没有中间地带。</div> <div> </div> <div> 10.有一定的特长,但特长无法发挥,只能被压抑。在不擅长的领域中表现出“成绩弱”。</div> <div> </div> <div> 可能的教育策略</div> <div> </div> <div> 针对“成绩欠佳”的部分同学,职业教育可能的应对策略大致分为以下几点:</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="" src="/uploads/allimg/200723/1-200H31A232411.png" style="width: 564px; height: 700px;" /></div> <div> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 《放牛班的春天》中关于教育的思考</div> <div> </div> <div> 1.设计更加多元而丰富的课程,增强学生对课程的选择。可以设计必修课、专业课、各类社团课、特色兴趣课、游学活动课等多元的课程,让学生体验更为丰富的学习内容和更加多样的学习形式。培养学生的学习兴趣。</div> <div> </div> <div> 2.实施多元综合评估,打破“唯分数论”。很多所谓“成绩欠佳”的孩子仅仅是文化课考试成绩不高,并不是“一无是处”。我们要想方设法发现学生的亮点,用多元评估的方式从方方面面评估学生。这些方面可以包括品行、社团活动、兴趣爱好、责任性、职业技能、学习能力等。职业教育没有中高考的压力,并且大部分中职院校已经为学生安排好了就业出路,正好可以实践更加客观公正的多元综合评估。让学生认识到自身的优点和长处,激发学生的自信心和学习的内驱力。</div> <div> </div> <div> 3.增强家校沟通,争取“家校共育”。通过家长学校、家校委员会、导学处等机构,增强学校对家庭教育的引导,尝试缓解或解决部分学生的家庭矛盾。</div> <div> </div> <div> 4.通过小班导师制、住宿家长、导师活动等方式尽量增强老师和学生之间的联系,培养良好的师生关系。很多“学习欠佳”的学生在中学阶段已经被老师和家长放弃,没有得到应有的尊重和关怀,自信心受到严重摧残。而很多职业教育的学校采取的更是“军事化”或“半军事化”的管理,靠严苛的纪律和粗暴的管理规范学生。这些孩子更加感受不到关爱与尊重。所以,我们需要转变思路,让学生被爱、被关怀,让他们重建自信心,认识到自我的价值。教育是爱的输送,而不是严苛的训诫,甚至人格侮辱。<br /> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="" src="/uploads/allimg/200723/1-200H31A209208.png" style="width: 562px; height: 555px;" /></div> <div> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 印度教育电影《天上的星星》剧照</div> <div> </div> <div> 以上的原因、特点与策略只是一些框架性的概况。在实际的教育过程中,有很多偶然性、突发性的教育契机,这需要靠老师的实际经验和教育素养才能把握。教育是艺术,而不是技术。再高明的学校结构和制度设置,再优良的课程和教学方法,最终都要有一定教育水准的教育者才能驾驭。所以,教育的问题最终还是人的问题。提升教育者的学术水平,教学能力和教育素养才是根本之道。</div> <div> </div> <div> 另外,教育者必须把所有学生当人。对于“成绩欠佳”的学生,我们更是不能用“有色眼镜”,提前为学生贴上一个“差生”的标签。很多学校因为升学率,根本不把“差生”当做正常的学生进行教育。很多所谓的“差生”就在这种忽视和冷落中失去了自信心。没有自信心,学习成绩更差,形成了“恶性循环”。此类学生到职业院校之后,又受到更加严格的苛责。很多职业院校只把学生当做赚钱的“工人”,而不是有待教育的“学生”。只看到“学生”潜在的商业价值,并不承担真正的教育功能。这是教育的悲哀。只有我们真正把学生当人,让学生感受到“教育”向上、从善、育美的力量,职业院校才能真正称得上是学校。</div> <div> </div> <div> 抛开一切“策略”,教育之本在人,在心,在诚、在爱。树人、养心、立诚、弘爱,教育就不会太偏,也不会无效。</div> ' |
